We have three different cost plus service charge levels based on your membership status with SFI on fabric lines we are not the manufacturer’s representative for. Even our highest service charge fee for ordering on our account with a supplier is less than the industry standard fabric store mark up of 2.2 to 2.5 times cost.
There is a 25% restocking charge for any item returned to SFI provided the material is uncut and in good condition.
If damages occur during shipping it is customer’s obligation to file a damage report with Fed Ex, UPS, or USPS.
Unfortunately, mistakes do happen from time to time. If they do in your case, SFI will make every effort to satisfy your claim.
SFI is not responsible for material once it is cut or labor costs.
PLEASE EXAMINE CAREFULLY BEFORE CUTTING
SFI gladly accepts orders from anywhere in the contiguous United States, including Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico. However our primary market is the Greater Seattle area.
Unless otherwise specified our vendors ship directly to SFI for you to pick up your product. Some of our vendors will drop ship to you, but this is the exception and not the rule. Please inquire about drop shipping when making your order. Shipping fees apply regardless of whether your items are drop shipped to you, or delivered to SFI.
Shipping rates are based on your address, the weight and dimensions of package.
Shipping fees may vary depending on your address.
Sorry, we cannot ship via Fed Ex and UPS to PO boxes.
Federal Express is our preferred in-house freight carrier for material rolls or cartons.
Cutting, and packaging your shipment usually takes 2-7 days after your payment is received depending on the vendor. Once shipment is made, you will be notified by email of tracking number. If an item is temporarily out of stock, we will email you and let you know approximately how long it could take should you choose to backorder the item.
